Our modular homes are built in partnership with Kent Homes. Based on your floorplan and selected finishes, Kent will build your new home in their factory in New Brunswick, and transport it in modular pieces to your property. We’ll place the order with kent and coordinate the delivery of your home.

About Kent homes
The Kent Homes story began in the mid-1900s when K.C. Irving visited his logging camps and wasn’t happy with the quality of his workers living conditions. He had the idea to prebuild better homes offsite, and transport them to their final location. Kent Homes buildings are assembled in a state-of-the-art facility to meet our strict quality-control measures. Building in this setting means construction isn’t rushed or impacted by poor weather. In 1957, Kent began building homes with a simple idea. That homeowners deserved a better way to build their homes.
