Based on the unique landscape of your property, we’ll work with you to create a plan for clearing any trees or rocks that may be obstructing the build site while maintaining your desired aesthetic. We’ll source and coordinate the services required to clear your lot, reducing the number of vendors you have to manage, including the removal of trees and brush.

If your property falls outside the range of municipal water services, you’ll need a working well. For properties with an existing well, we’ll assess its condition and create a plan to repair or replace it, if needed. For all other properties, we’ll build a new well in a location that fits the unique landscape of your lot.

If your property falls outside the range of municipal sewage services, you’ll need to install a septic system. For properties with an existing septic tank, we’ll assess its condition and create a plan to replace it, if needed. For all other properties, we’ll install a new septic tank in a location that fits the unique landscape of your lot.

Before your new home is built, electrical lines must be installed to connect your property to local hydro infrastructure. For properties with existing electrical, we’ll coordinate disconnection and re-connection. For all other properties, we’ll install trenched wiring based on the location of your new home and the unique landscape of your lot.

Constructing the foundation is the final step in preparing your property for home building. We’ll pour the foundation and ensure it’s up to code, so your property is ready to go when the modular home arrives.
