What Does Modular Mean?

People often associate modular with a mobile home.
We’re here to redefine what Modular means.

A modular home is built in a climate-controlled factory by
professionally trained craftspeople. It is assembled in
large sections, reducing weather-related issues and
delays usually associated with a conventional build, and
providing 100% quality assurance.

A modular home is similarly built to a conventionally built home, in that it uses the same materials, adheres to all regulatory qualifications and inspections, and is placed on a full foundation. This means that your appraisal at the end of the build process would the same as it’s conventional
counterpart.
