designer. Whether you are starting fresh with design
ideas or have notes, drawings and inspiration that need to
be pulled together. Initially, we meet with clients and
work with them to establish their wish list. After this
meeting we hit the drawing board and create a first draft
of your floorplan, ensuring the design is feasible and
follows municipal guidelines. We also include preliminary
elevations of your home so you can have a full picture.
Once you’ve reviewed your plans and made any changes
you’d like, we complete your final construction drawings,
which consist of all the necessary components required
for building permits and any contractors involved
(includes: foundation, main floor, second floor plan and 4
side elevations, cross-section and site plan, as well as
window and door legends).
You’re now ready for your local municipality permit
process! We can support with filling out any applications
and communications with the municipality as part of our
